As the General Manager of the MRO and Industrial Parts business unit at Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Ariel Santamaria oversees the strategic direction and operational execution, ensuring high-quality service delivery. With a proven track record in business growth, supply chain optimization and fostering long-term partnerships, Ariel spearheads innovative solutions to enhance performance and meet the evolving needs of ATS customers.
Ariel Santamaria’s career began at Eaton as a Products and Marketing Manager, followed by management roles at Grainger and 3M. In 2019, he joined ATS as a Managing Director before transitioning to General Manager of MRO and Industrial Parts. Ariel holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and attended IPADE Business School.
